1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IronBidz ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use IronBidz. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration & Approval

All accounts are subject to admin approval before full access is granted. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any account at our sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Auctions & Bidding

• All bids placed on IronBidz are legally binding commitments
• Bids must meet or exceed the listed starting bid
• Once a bid is accepted, the buyer has 72 hours to initiate payment
• Failure to pay within 72 hours may result in cancellation and account suspension
• IronBidz reserves the right to reject any bid without explanation

5. Buy Now Purchases

Buy Now purchases are subject to the same payment requirements as auction wins. Once a purchase request is approved, the buyer has 72 hours to complete payment. The vehicle is reserved for the buyer during this period.

6. Payments

IronBidz accepts bank wire transfers and certified checks. Payment details are provided upon purchase approval. All prices are in USD. IronBidz is not responsible for banking fees or wire transfer charges.

7. Vehicle Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately describe all vehicles listed on the platform. However, vehicles are sold "as-is" except where our Money Back Guarantee applies. Buyers are encouraged to review all available Carfax reports and vehicle details before bidding.

8. Money Back Guarantee

Our Money Back Guarantee applies when a vehicle's condition significantly differs from its listed description. Claims must be made within 3 business days of delivery with supporting documentation. See our full Money Back Guarantee policy for details.

9. Shipping & Delivery

IronBidz arranges nationwide vehicle transport through licensed carriers. Shipping fees are separate from vehicle prices. Estimated delivery times are 3–10 business days after payment confirmation. IronBidz is not liable for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts or sharing account access
• Submitting fraudulent bids or purchase requests
• Attempting to manipulate auction results
• Providing false identity or payment information
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

11. Privacy

Your use of IronBidz is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

12. Limitation of Liability

IronBidz acts as a marketplace facilitating vehicle sales. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronBidz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
